Me : What do you like most and least about Christmas ?
Hubby : Most? The Christmas bonuses and the Gifts…hahahahaha. Seriously, it’s the

joy of getting together – family, friends, classmates and old colleagues’.
Least ? The heavy traffic and the crowded malls.

Me : What is the essence of Christmas?
Hubby : That Jesus is the reason for this Season. Amidst all the festivities this

Christmas. Let us not forget its true meaning. With-out Jesus Birth.. their will

be no salvation.

Me : What is your ideal Christmas Gift ?
Hubby : Anything which comes from your heart... I know you to be a person of

surprises but pls. don’t make it too expensive this time.

Me : When was your happiest Christmas?

Hubby : Our First Christmas as a couple.. if you'll include the saddest... its the year

when our second baby died in your womb... sobs...

Our city was hit by a storm yesterday. There was a heavy downpour that caused floods and landslides to some areas. Thank God the storm went away without severe damages . Pictures below were taken at my kid's school.

Spare us

Whew! Storm Urduja hit our city today. Various places were greatly affected with flash floods. Classes were canceled since most of the schools were flooded. As we went for work today, I have seen landslides and collapsed houses. I hope and pray the rain will stop now. God spare us for any tragic event, in Jesus Name!

Car upgrading

As we went home last night, my hubby expressed his desire to overhaul the car. Our Sedan has been with us for 3 years now and there are minor repairs to be done. Upgrading he desires are :, replacing the tires with mag wheels, steering rack and repainting of bumper. We are still waiting for the blessings this December to do this job.

Metal Garden Shed

Being an artist, my mom-in-law is meticulous with regards to her home interior and exterior improvements . She personally design and supervise renovations in her house. Don’t you know that she change colors with her interior wall once a year? For some people it’s a waste of money but to her it’s a fulfillment . She wanted her house to always look fresh and new.

Two weeks ago, she reconstructed her garage and garden shed which were damaged by the successive storm that hit our country . Her old sheds were made of mahogany lumber but due to frequent heavy rains they were easily shattered . Now, she installed metal shed both on her garage and garden . She replaced the old GI sheets with a pre-painted long span roofing. She painted the metal garden shed green to matched with her flowering plants and the garage with Salmon pink in harmony with the Spanish red roof. Very artistic indeed!

Since I went full time working in the church way back year 2000, one task assigned to me is to coordinate wedding ceremonies officiated by our church Bishop.
