I Made it!


Success! I made it! I promised my hubby to do my own exercise every time he will go mountain biking. Just this afternoon, I did Hip-Hop Abs dance exercise . Ahh... I enjoyed the dance steps to the tune of " Wacha"....Lol! Would you believe? I endured 1 1/2 hrs doing it. Whew! I wondered how many kilo joules were burned. I must be determined to do this everyday...even if hubby will not his own exercise.
