I was a “bulging Mama” after I gave birth to my first child. I ballooned from 90 to 135 kilos and from a waistline of 24” to 29”. I can not lose weight through vigorous exercise since I delivered through Caesarian Section . A friend recommended an appetite suppressant for me but I was afraid of diet pills side effects . So what I did was just to control my calorie intake by skipping in-between meals and avoiding sweets and soft drinks. The 45 minutes walking around the subdivision helped a lot in regaining back my ideal weight. What’s your secret in losing weight after giving birth?

i want to take some pills too but im scared of its side effects.
