In most of developed countries like in the USA and Europe , insurance companies give discount for auto insurance depending on the driver or owner and the type of car he uses. A person who have never committed any major traffic violation or whose driver’s license have not been revoked gets a bigger discounts than those divers who are violators of traffic laws. How I wish this policy would be implemented in our country so that drivers will be motivated to be more careful on the road.
In Japan and Korea , brand new cars get lower rates compared to used cars. The average longest year of their car usage is 5 years…. after that their cars will be junked to it’s neighboring developing countries…. like ours.
