A WALK TO REMEMBER

There are countless of reason why we love camping. For those who love nature, it’s a great way to commune with the stars, moon, the forest, the wild animals and the wilderness. For those who love photography, it’s an endless opportunity to capture the beauty of sunrise, sunset and everything around.For those busy people like me, we will surely love camping because it’s a great time to have a break from reality. It’s great to be out of your normal routine works and enjoy camping with family and friends.

This is the reason why our Church’s Family Camp every Summer is one activity that every church member loves to attend. Last April 3-6 was our 3-day family camp and it was such a memorable and enjoyable camp. Kids and adults enjoyed the fun-filled activities such as amazing race, kite flying , indoor games and team building. In the afternoon we brought our outdoor chairs to watch the men’s basketball and women’s volleyball. The learning sessions in the evening strengthened and refreshed our soul. Oh… the food were superb also. It was truly a big break for us. We bonded together as a family and as a church. We are looking forward for 2011 Family Camp .Next year will be the grandest one since our church will be celebrating its 25th year Anniversary.
