Finally we are here in Boracay - one of the sought after beach travel destination in Asia. We arrived 11:30 a.m. at Caticlan Airport and transferred to Boracay Island by a fast craft.. Wow! We stand in awe with the beauty of the Island. Instead of having our lunch, hubby and I rushed to the white beach and explore the shore. We hopped from one hotel to another..took as many pictures as we can. The actual beauty of the Island exceed our expectation and imagination. Some discouraged us to go to Boracay, since according to them the Island is already over exploited and polluted. No! Don't believe with that allegations.
The Island is truly a Paradise. It is peaceful and safe as we observed that there were surveillance cameras installed along the pathways. We've been to the famous Talipapa and D'mall. The foods are super delicious. You can choose from the buffet along the sea shore or the fine dining from some well-known hotels. It's off-peak season in the Island but the place is still crowded with foreigners.We saw lots of Koreans, Europeans and Americans. How we wish we brought with the kids . Tomorrow will be our Island tour where snorkeling, reef walking, fish feeding ,banana boat and para-sailing awaits us. Wooahhh... I am super excited already!
