Air-condition or Electric Fans?

" Can our Air conditioning units sustain the 600 people who will be attending our church’s 24th Anniversary thanksgiving celebration ?" This was the concern raised by the logistic and physical arrangement committee. We have 4 existing 6 tonnage air-condition in the church and I guess these are enough considering that the celebration will start thee o’clock in the afternoon.

Anyway, I have started gathering quotations from various suppliers in case the committee will decide to purchase one unit. Whew! The price is really big. As for me, I’ll go for buying 4 units of electric fans instead of buying new air condition unit.
