I will coordinate a wedding this coming September 5,2010. Guess what? I have a hard time looking for a dress to match the wedding motif. Burgundy is not the color of the year nor the color 5 years ago… I just don’t know why the couple choose this color. If only they pick turquoise , purple, brown, apple green or any other popular wedding colors then looking for my wedding attire wouldn’t be this difficult.
I was in Davao City yesterday, Hubby and I roamed around the famous malls and even to china town where various RTW’s from Hongkong and Taiwan were sold but unluckily we didn’t found any blouse or dress matching the motif. Tonight, we will be going to Shoe Mart (SM) for their 3-day mall wide sale… I hope I could find one. If not, I have two options – to buy a cloth and customize it at the dress shop ( this cost a lot !) or to rent from a wedding gown boutique.
If only online stores are available in our country, looking for a formal dress for any occasion wouldn’t be too difficult. I found the one below to be fitting for the wedding. I hope I could find a cloth to match its style. Do you have design to suggest? Feel free to send me a link…ok?
