Thank God our transaction regarding the full – payment of the house was successful. We went to Davao City to negotiate our total obligation . From P 575,000.00 total payable, we were able to decreased it to P375,000.00 and then to P220,000.00 spot cash price! This is really an answered prayer !Now, we can fully mobilize with our plan to renovate the house. My hubby and I dreamed of an an eco-friendly design – a Japanese inspired house. Like having Furniture that are made from wood and bamboo. Concrete and Steel absorbed heat ..thus we plan to go away with concrete hollow block partition for the second floor. We will just leave the whole floor open with retractable wooden division. I would love to apply minimalist design … like having low rise sala set and cabinets. If possible, we have to squat on the floor while watching TV . What do you think of this idea?
