This week is a week of feasting. I attended 3 birthday parties, 2 high school reunions, 3 blow-outs from friends and 2 hours from now ? I will be in a grand hotel to attend the 80th birthday of a friend’s father.Wow! I guess I need fat burners to burn accumulated fats. I saw you on 6 Word Saturday and want to caution you against using supplements for weight loss. I developed a site StopBloggingAndCook.com for people who want an alternative to all of the gimmicks and gunk out there in the food landscape. There is no healthy substitute for eating well: real food made simply and economically. You have a good start with an average-size body. Don't jeopardize your health and size by getting on the treadmill of diets and other fads. They lead to weight gain. Hope this helps.
