We usually wait for late night shows especially on Saturdays. We love to see stories on real events and real people. We often see witnesses doing interviews with their faced blurred and voice range changed so to protect their identity. Yes, I believe they are using voice changer for this.
Funny though, China phones today have voice changer built in their units. When my daughter called me one afternoon, I heard a funny voice on the other line and I thought she’s making fun of me. Later that night, we studied here phone and found out about the voice changer her phone had.
